Railean Elena ElenaRailean

Elena Railean - Ph.D in Science of Education, senior lecturer and vice-director of Project Management Department at European University of Moldova. She wrote more than 70 articles in theory, design and methodology of learning and lead 12 research projects. Research interests include philosophy of learning, cybernetic pedagogy, computerized assessment, knowledge management, quantum psychology and mathematical modeling. The focus of her research is to investigate the metasystems approach of learning processes, principles of writing and assessment in digital semantic workplaces. Elena is author of didactical model for electronic textbook, which affordance is to develop competence through dynamic and flexible instructional strategy. Main publications: Methodology of educational software; Knowledge Management Model for Electronic Textbook Design; Issues and challenges associated with the design of electronic textbook and Trends, issues and solutions in e-books pedagogy.
