Rustem Gubadulin
Director of IAS-MSPU. Education: MEPhI (1995), Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (1999).
Since 1995, he has been actively engaged in publishing activities related to the preparation and publication of scientific literature in the field of linguistics, ethnography, history, military science, science, as well as pedagogical technologies in sports.
Assistant to the State Duma deputy (2000-2003, International Affairs Committee). Deputy Director General of the Information and Publishing Center of the Russian Cultural Foundation (1999-2012), was the editor-in-chief of the publishing house, under his leadership and direct participation as editor, more than 100 scientific monographs by various authors were published.
From July 2012 to March 2015 - Director of the Russian Institute for Advanced Study, Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities.
Since August 2015 - Director of the Institute of Advanced Studies MSPU.
About 800 projects from 25 countries participated in five RIAS competitions in 2013, 52 scientists from 12 countries from Russia (51), Poland (2), Russia, Hungary, Italy, France, Bulgaria, Armenia, Croatia, Nepal, Uzbekistan, as well as scientists from the cities of the Russian Federation: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Chelyabinsk, Kazan, Pyatigorsk, Voronezh, Vologda, Cheboksary. Since July 2012 more than 100 scientific articles in the journals of indexed by Scopus and Web of Science have been published by the IAS-MSPU laureates.
In 2015-2016, IAS-MSPU was awarded by 3 EU grants under the Erasmus + / Jean Monnet Activities program: 565396-EPP-1-2015-1-EN- EPPJMO-PROJECT Enlargement Laboratory: EU Values and their Effects on the New Member States in the Research and Innovation Sector; .
