Polyakov Evgenij , PhD in political science, lecturer of the Char for Sociology and Political Science at Voronezh State University
I, Eugeniy M. Polyakov, was born in 1984 in Grozny, Chechnya. In 1992, our family moved to Voronezh. Here in 2000 I graduated from high school with advanced study of foreign languages (English and German). In the same year joined the history department of the Voronezh State University (VSU). My supervisor was Professor V.S.Rahmanin. In 2005, I graduated from VSU and his diploma on “The geopolitical consequences of the collapse of the Soviet Union to Russia”. In 2009 I received a degree in Political Science. The research topic: “The policy of the government in the North Caucasus (1990s - 2000s)”. Scientific consultant of the dissertation was Professor A.V.Gluhova. From 2009 to present time I am a lecturer at sociology and political science department of VSU. Research interests: political processes in contemporary Russia and North Caucasus, illegitimate violence and its application in politics, ethnic and political conflicts.
