Development of mathematical methods and models for control of socio-economic systems dynamics

The importance of properly constructed mathematical model is the ability to predict on its basis the final results of evolution of different socio-economic phenomena.

By the author in during the project will be continued the research of models, belonging to the class of so-called models «predator-prey» applied to socio-economic systems. In the previous papers the mathematical model for forecasting of socio- economic system dynamics, based on allocation of socially significant factors as the main elements of model has been investigated. At the heart of the constructed mathematical model between its separate elements the «predator-prey» interaction principles lies. The model has been applied to the analysis of socially- economic system dynamics of 

Russia

. The algorithms and methods were also used to analyze the dynamics of socio-economic system of the 

United States

. On the base of these models the difficulties experienced by the USA now were correctly predicted.

The final goal is to develop an effective technology of management decision making in the socio-economic systems.

Поляков Е.М. Название проекта "Violence in Politics: demographic base and cultural impacts (global trends and features of modern Russia)" 

Родился в 1984 году в городе Грозный, Чечня. В 1992 переехал в Воронеж, в 2000 году окончил среднюю школу с углубленным изучением иностранных языков (английский и немецкий). В том же году поступил на исторический факультет Воронежского государственного университета (ВГУ).Научным руководителем был профессор В.С.Рахманин. В 2005 году окончил ВГУ и написал диплом на тему «Геополитические последствия распада Советского Союза для России». В 2009 году получил степень кандидата политических наук. Тема диссертационного исследования: «Политика правительства на Северном Кавказе (1990-е - 2000-е годы)». Научный руководителем была профессор А.В.Глухова. С 2009 года по настоящее время преподаватель социологии и кафедры политологии ВГУ. Область научных интересов: политические процессы в современной России и на Северном Кавказе, нелегитимное насилие и его применение в политике, этнических и политических конфликтах.

С 1988 года по настоящее время - сотрудник ИНИОН РАН (младший научный сотрудник, старший научный сотрудник в отделах философии, науковедения и социологии, с 2001 по 2008 годы – занятость на полставки). С 2001 по настоящее время – старший научный сотрудник информационного отдела и отдела Канады Института США и Канады РАН (с 2008 – по настоящее время – занятость на полставки). В 1995 – 1999 годах – сотрудник Московского гуманитарного университета. В 2008 – 2011 годах - пребывание в докторантуре ИНИОН РАН.

Спасков А.Н. Название проекта "The Structure and System Properties of Time" 

Spaskоu Aliaksandr, born January 1, 1960 in Mogilev (Belarus), Ph.D., associate professor, the author of about 60 scientific papers. Graduated from the Department of Physics, Belarusian State University in 1983. In 2004 presented and successfully defended PhD thesis "The philosophical analysis of the problem dimension of time in modern science." Main research interests include philosophical foundations of mathematics and physics, synergetics, metaphysical principles of physical theories and the problems of space-time description and interpretation in natural sciences and humanities. The main part of scientific publications is concerned with the problems of the structure of space and time. Most recent research is aimed at the elaboration of the new original concept of transitive-phase time, that has no parallels in the available scientific literature. From November 1, 2012 has been working at the post-doc position at the Institute of Philosophy of the NASB.

Gyoni Gabor Название проекта "Древняя история мадьяр в зеркале евразийской истории"

Родился в 1978 г. в Кишкунхалаше (Венгрия). Закончил Сегедский Университет в 2003 г. по специальностям история, и этнография. В 2004-2007 гг. был аспирантом Уральского Государственного Университета в Екатеринбурге, где защитил кандидатскую диссертацию (в 2007 г.) по историографии этногенеза венгров. С 2009 г. являюсь научным сотрудником Центра Русистики при университете им. Лоранда Этвеша в Будапеште. 
С 2005 г. регулярно выступаю на международных научных конференциях. Принимал участие на научных конференциях в Ижевске, Екатеринбурге, Уфе, Ханты-Мансийске, Москве, Липецке, Будапеште, Кишиневе, Астане. 
Опубликовал 2 книги и ок. 35 научных статей по следующим темам: история этногенеза мадьяр, история Новгорода, этнические процессы на постсоветском пространстве. Являюсь главным редактором информационно-аналитического сайта oroszvilag.hu, занимающегося постсоветским пространством. С 2010 г. читаю лекции в университете им. Лоранда Этвеша (предметы: Евразийское историческое пространство, Введение в русскую историю, Киев и Новгород: история древней Руси). 
В сентябре 2011 г. читал лекции в Саранске, в университете им. Н. П. Огарьева на русском языке по истории Венгрии и венгерсого народа.

Izabela Morska Название проекта "Lyme Disease as a political Metaphor" 

Izabela Morska, Ph.D., an author of fiction and nonfiction, a former ISEES Visiting Scholar and BBRG Affiliated Scholar at the University of California-Berkeley, an Iowa International Writers Workshop Fellow, as well as a Yaddo and Hawthornden Fellow, teaches in the English Department at Gdansk University, Poland. Holding degrees from Mills College, Gdansk University, and Polish Academy of Sciences, her doctoral dissertation of 2005 explored the links between gender and ethnicity discourses in Eastern Europe. Her present interests include writing about dispossession and debt in the postcolonial context. At RIAS, her research theme is Lyme Disease as a Political Metaphor.
